Refund & Cancellation Policy

G.P. Rating, ETO & CCMC Courses( presea traning )

The following Refund Policy shall be applicable to all candidates enrolled for the G.P. Rating, ETO, and CCMC Courses offered by the Institute.

1. Withdrawal Within 15 Days of Course Booking

If a candidate withdraws their admission within 15 days from the date of course booking, the full amount received from the candidate shall be refunded, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

2.Withdrawal Before Commencement of Classes

If a candidate withdraws their admission before the commencement of classes, 10% of the amount received shall be deducted towards administrative and processing charges.

The remaining amount shall be refunded to the candidate after completion of the required formalities.

3. Withdrawal After Commencement of the Course

If a candidate withdraws their admission after commencement of the course, the following charges shall be deducted from the amount received:

a. Hostel Charges: ₹1,000/- per day for the actual number of days the candidate has stayed in the hostel.

b. Uniform Charges: ₹20,000/-

c. Administrative Charges: ₹10,000/-

The balance amount, if any, remaining after deduction of the above applicable charges shall be refunded to the candidate.

4. Disciplinary Action / Misconduct

If a candidate is restricted, suspended, or removed from the course or campus due to misconduct, indiscipline, violation of institutional rules, or conduct contrary to applicable STCW requirements and maritime regulations, no refund shall be applicable.

5. General Conditions

  • This Refund Policy shall be applicable only in accordance with the conditions specified herein.
  • Any refund shall be processed after verification of the candidate’s records and completion of all required formalities.
  • The Institute reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action in cases involving violation of institutional rules, STCW requirements, or applicable maritime regulations.
  • Any applicable refund shall be subject to the deductions and conditions specified in this policy.
  • The Institute’s decision regarding disciplinary matters and the applicability of the Refund Policy shall be governed by the applicable rules, regulations, and institutional policies.
  • The candidate shall be required to submit a written withdrawal/refund request and complete the prescribed clearance formalities before the refund is processed.
